Weichert Commercial Brokerage has made three additions to its brokerage team, including an industry veteran who is returning to the firm and two sales associates.

The company, which is based in Morris Plains, announced that Margaret Lapadura has rejoined its team as a senior vice president. She brings more than 20 years of industry experience and is a licensed real estate instructor and was previously with Weichert from 2007 to 2017.

Meantime, the firm has added Eric Bogovich as a sales associate for the northern New Jersey market area, according to a news release. Weichert touted his extensive background in sales and marketing, including his tenure at McBride Corporate Real Estate.
Also joining as an associate is Scott Silver, who will focus on central New Jersey. He joins the firm after two years with Kroll Commercial Realty and has experience in both leasing and investment sales.

“Weichert Commercial’s impeccable reputation for consistently delivering successful results to its clients continues to help us attract the very best and brightest sales agents,” said James Sousa, president of Weichert Commercial.
Both Bogovich and Silver are participating in the company’s training and mentoring program known as CREST, which includes access to more than 25 hours of video instruction and 15 hours of live classroom sessions, the news release said.
