A game publisher and manufacturer has subleased more than 100,000 square feet at a Mount Olive industrial building, in a newly completed transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.
The real estate services firm announced Thursday that it represented Bosal USA, the sublandlord at 200 International Drive, in the deal with Breaking Games LLC. Stephen Sander, a managing director with C&W, touted the 102,839-square-foot transaction as a sign of continued demand for industrial space along the Interstate 80 corridor.
“Bosal USA was relocating and Breaking Games was in need of warehouse space to meet demand for their growing business,” Sander said. “The transaction allowed us to achieve our client’s goals in terms of timing and economics, making it a win-win for both companies.”
In a news release, C&W said 200 International Drive is within the International Trade Center and features 24-foot clear ceiling heights, nine loading docks and about 6,000 square feet of office space. The property is also within walking distance to the Mount Olive commuter rail station and close routes 206 and 46.
