The Garibaldi Group has been tapped to sublease an eight-story, 310,000-square-foot office building in Bridgewater, part of the Class A campus known as Somerset Corporate Center.
The brokerage firm, part of CORFAC International, said the building at 300 Somerset Corporate Blvd. has an average floor plate of 38,750 square feet. The property sits within the 1.3 million-square-foot office park at the nexus of Route 22 and Route 202/206, near Interstates 287 and 78.
“This building is truly best in class for this market,” Jeff Garibaldi, president of The Garibaldi Group, said in a prepared statement. “It is one of the very few office campuses of its kind in the state with space available, and its location makes it appealing to any firm looking for a Tri-State area headquarters.”
The team of Garibaldi, Jerry Moore, Scott Garibaldi, Charlie Dai and Maureen MacLachlan will manage the leasing for the project, the firm said in a news release. The brokerage declined to identify the tenant that has placed the space on the market for sublease.
Somerset Corporate Center is directly across from the Bridgewater Commons mall. Garibaldi said the campus provides shuttle service access to both the Somerville and Raritan train stations, each of which are less than 3 miles from the property.
Other tenants in the park include Brother International, Juniper Networks, Linde and Merrill Lynch. Last month, telecom solutions provider iconectiv became one of the newest tenants in the complex when it leased 115,000 square feet from landlord SJP Properties.
