The Goldstein Group has promoted one of its brokers to the position of director.
Chuck Lanyard, president of retail real estate brokerage firm, announced recently that it has named Marc Palestina a director at the practice. He earns the promotion after joining the Paramus-based company in fall 2016.
“(His) energy and enthusiasm have provided his customers and clients with professional and personal service,” Lanyard said. “Marc’s efforts have gained him numerous successful assignments in representing both tenants and landlords for The Goldstein Group.”
Palestina has worked with landlords such as The Hampshire Cos., Mandelbaum Properties, Pagano Real Estate and several others, according to a news release. On the tenant side, he has completed 16 deals with Playa Bowls, the Acai bowl concept, with eight others in the pipeline, while he has also represented operators such as Metro PCS, Dunkin Donuts, Safeguard Storage and Brothers Barbeque Restaurant.
He is a longtime member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
