A fast food property in Hudson County has changed hands for an undisclosed price, in one of two newly announced transactions by The Goldstein Group.
Brokers with the firm represented both the seller and the buyer — BKPF Management / 5877 Corp and Devs Foods 2 LLC, respectively — in the sale of a Burger King business at 9105 Bergenline Ave. in North Bergen. Chris Conway, a director with The Goldstein Group, completed the assignment alongside Sales Associate Patrick Brake.
Meantime, Conway and Sales Associate Tyler Geuder represented L.B. Holdings Inc. in its acquisition of 6 Industrial Road, a 2.68-acre land parcel in Mahwah. Realty Associates Acquisition Group represented the seller.
“Our team continues to be involved in the Sale of property and business ventures throughout the market,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. “With our relationship and market knowledge we continue to provide our customers and clients tremendous opportunities. We have seen an uptick with people interested in purchasing properties and sellers interested in moving assets.”
