Four law firms have signed leases at a 225,000-square-foot office building just minutes from the Bergen County Courthouse in Hackensack.
The transactions at the RiverView Office Center include new leases with Cottrell Solensky, P.A., which specializes in construction, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, a full-service litigation firm, brokers announced. Meantime, the civil litigation firm of Goldman, Davis & Gutfleish was among two renewals at the building, which is located at 3 University Plaza Drive and is owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners.
William O’Keefe, Raymond Trevisan and Christian Politan of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership as the building’s leasing team.
“This is an ideal location for any office practicing law in the greater Hackensack area, Northern NJ and New York City,” O’Keefe said. “It’s a secure building that is approximately one mile from the courthouse and only minutes from the city’s downtown shopping, dining and entertainment district. The entire area is undergoing a renaissance leveraging its proximity to New York and rich history dating back to the 1600s and colonial times.”
The leasing team touted the complex’s two-story atrium, on-site conference center and full-service café with Wi-Fi, along with views of the Hackensack River and jogging trails. The property is minutes from Route 4, offering easy access to Route 17, Intestate 80, the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, along with two NJ Transit train stations and bus service.
