The owner of a West Windsor office building has added to its tenant roster with a new lease of nearly 4,500 square feet, according to a brokerage team with Fennelly Associates.
In a news release, the agents said they represented Bayard Street Properties in the transaction at 231 Clarksville Road. The tenant, Wellness Recovery Center of NJ LLC, will occupy 4,444 square feet at the 27,773-square-foot property, which is minutes from Route 1 and other highways near the township’s Princeton Junction section.
Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly and Corporate Real Estate Specialist Patrick Dintrone completed the assignment, while Ryan Curran and Lindsey Lyndon of Curran Commercial represented the tenant. They noted that the building, which is less than five miles from Princeton University, is also home to tenants such as Kaleidoscope ABA, Westrick Music Academy and the Russian School of Mathematics.
