Levin Management Corp. has added a veteran finance and accounting professional as a controller on its North Plainfield-based team.
The commercial real estate services firm said that Rose Meno, a Morris County resident, brings more than 15 years of experience and expertise in all facets of real estate and property management accounting and finance. At LMC, she is working alongside Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Mercer, with responsibilities that include financial reporting, cash flow management and overseeing vendor payments and tenant receivables, among other duties.
“Levin Management has an impressive reputation in the real estate industry,” Meno said. “The firm’s corporate culture, longevity, vision and opportunities for personal and professional growth make it an attractive place to work. I am excited to advance my career with this dynamic organization, and I look forward to contributing to its continued success.”
Prior to joining LMC, Meno was a portfolio controller for a leading property management firm, according to a news release. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration, with a concentration in public accounting, from Pace University.
“Rose is an excellent addition to our growing accounting department, and we are pleased to welcome her to Levin Management,” Mercer said. “Her team-centered mindset, motivational leadership and wealth of practical experience in both real estate and finance are tremendous assets for our day-to-day operations, particularly during this time of significant company and portfolio expansion.”
