An ear, nose and throat practice is expanding in the region after taking space at Robbinsville’s Washington Town Center, in one of three newly announced deals by Fennelly Associates.
The provider, Penn Medicine Becker ENT and Allergy, has leased 6,770 square feet at the mixed-use property off Route 33. The new location will add to a footprint that includes 16 offices across central and southern New Jersey, allowing it to operate in a downtown with more than 900 residential units and some 220,000 square feet of retail and office space.
Fennelly Associates’ Jerry Fennelly and Matthew Fennelly represented ownership. The team also did so in a deal 15 miles away, at 61 Princeton Hightstown Road in West Windsor, where Joanne Wilson Russell LLC & Healthy Minds Center LLC leased 1,700 square feet of medical office space to work with adults who have mental health conditions in midlife and beyond.
In Hamilton, the team brokered a 1,375-square-foot lease with HearSay ENT Docs at 1544 Kuser Road. Its new location will be the latest addition to its growing footprint of practices in Lawrenceville as well as Spring House and Media in Pennsylvania and Newark, Delaware.
“The regional medical office market remains robust, buoyed by substantial demand from regional specialty networks and individual practitioners,” Jerry Fennelly said. “We foresee continued growth, especially with the ongoing shift towards community-based outpatient spaces in areas like Mercer County. This trend positions the market favorably for success throughout 2024.”
