The owner of a Ramsey office building has lured a new tenant to the property, inking a 7,000-square-foot lease with a national debt collection company.
According to JLL, which represented Highstone Equity Group as the leasing agent, Radius Global Solutions will occupy part of the third floor at 500 North Franklin Turnpike. The location will be among more than a dozen offices nationally for the Ambler, Pennsylvania-based tenant.
“500 North Franklin offers market-leading amenities, abundant light from interior and exterior windows and a highly convenient location,” JLL’s Frank Recine said. “The Class A property’s recent renovations and exposed common outdoor courtyard are ideal for companies seeking superior office space with ready access to highly educated employees.”
Recine, an executive managing director, completed the deal alongside JLL Senior Vice President Derek DeMartino and Associate Vice President Colleen Maguire. They noted that the 141,000-square-foot building provides easy access to Ramsey’s NJ Transit station and area highways, along with other nearby employment hubs.
Recent improvements at the site include the addition of a lounge area, a conference facility, a fitness center with a locker room and showers and an upgrade to all common areas including bathrooms, JLL said. In addition, the building offers a common courtyard space in the center of the property with outdoor seating.
