A global camera manufacturer has unveiled its new North American headquarters in Teaneck after leasing space last spring at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ flagship Glenpointe campus.
The company, Leica Camera Inc., recently completed its move from Allendale to the 12,274-square-foot office at 500 Frank W. Blvd. Its new home at Glenpointe Centre West includes an office, a showroom and a repair facility, offering working spaces for the company’s employees and an equipment repair facility staffed by Leica’s team.
The office also has a camera display showroom, while the shared hallways outside are a showcase for prints from Leica Camera’s global network of professional and amateur photographers, according to a news release.

“We are honored to celebrate the grand opening of Leica Camera’s new North American headquarters with their team,” said Carolina Gutierrez, a leasing and marketing at manager Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Their creative use of not just their space but the entire campus highlights the endless possibilities presented to companies searching for a home at Glenpointe.”
Founded in 1869, Leica Camera Inc. also operates Leica Galleries and the Leica Akademie, a global photography education program, along with a range of award programs including the prestigious Leica Oskar Barnack Award, the news release said. It debuted its new space in Teaneck during an April 20 ceremony that drew attendees from across the globe, which gave way to its annual Leica Society International Spring Conference at the Glenpointe Marriot from April 21 to 23.
“We knew from our first meeting that the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises team shared the same commitment to quality and service that has defined our success for over 150 years,” said Mike Giannattasio, president of Leica Camera U.S. “We look forward to building upon our relationship with the firm in the years to come and continue to welcome our employees and community to experience all that the Glenpointe campus has to offer.”
The events followed Sanzari’s announcement last spring that Leica had leased space at the 670,000-square-foot complex, which sits at the nexus of interstates 80 and 95. It’s among the newest tenants at Glenpointe, the home of amenities such as Marketplace, An Urban Eatery at Glenpointe, the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center and The Green, a 22,000-square-foot multipurpose outdoor space, among others.
“We warmly welcome Leica Camera as they open their North American headquarters at Glenpointe,” said Ryan Sanzari, president of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “It is with immense pleasure that we open our doors and invite them to experience the one-of-a-kind environment we have cultivated. As we embark on this exciting journey together, we are eager to build a strong and enduring relationship with Leica Camera to support their continued success and growth.”
