Lee & Associates NYC has represented Everyday Savings, a home goods department store, in a 12,976-square-foot sublease in Union City.
Everyday Savings, which has 26 locations throughout the tristate area, will be leasing a former Rite Aid space at 3100 Bergenline Ave. The store is slated to open in December.
In a news release, the brokerage said 3100 Bergenline Ave. sits in a retail corridor near Route 495. Prior to Rite Aid’s occupancy, the notable building was home to Hudson Trust Co. Bank.
Steve Lorenzo of Lee & Associates NYC represented Everyday Savings in the transaction. Michael Riley of JLL and Tyler Bennet of Bennet Realty represented the sub-landlord, Walgreens.
“We are thrilled to have worked together again with the team at Everyday Savings for a new, convenient location in the area,” said Lorenzo, a principal with Lee & Associates NYC. “The corner location is easily accessible and features on-site parking, which is a major advantage for the commuter-friendly area. They will make a great addition to the neighborhood.”
