A home improvement business has taken nearly 4,300 square feet at a Bridgewater office building, in a newly announced deal by Deluccia Commercial Group.
According to the brokerage firm, MLM Home Improvement LLC will occupy the space at 1011 Route 22, which is managed by Kushner Real Estate Group, under a five-year commitment with Hocroft 1011-1031 Associates LLC. The 4,282-square-foot deal provides MLM with direct highway access for a business that serves the Mid-Atlantic region, with a focus on roof, siding and gutter replacements.
Deluccia Commercial Group’s Tim Deluccia represented the tenant. Justin Gingeleskie, director of leasing and partner with KRE, and CBRE First Vice President Peter N. Shikar represented ownership.
