Hotels Unlimited Inc. has completed a major renovation of the 178-key DoubleTree Tinton Falls in Monmouth County, the firm announced last week.
The company, an affiliate of East Windsor-based TFE Properties, said the project at 700 Hope Road included a total refresh of all guest rooms to give them modern, functional furniture with abundant plugs and ports. It also updated spaces such as the Cobalt Café & Lounge, meeting rooms, the fitness center and the outdoor pool, as it unveiled during a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony, while touting its transformation of the Sterling Ballroom.
“This is the first time Hotels Unlimited has completed a renovation of this size — interior and exterior — in one year,” said Carey Tajfel, co-president of Hotels Unlimited. “It’s an amazing accomplishment and could not have been done without our extraordinary team, and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough for all your efforts in making this happen.”

Tajfel’s firm has owned the DoubleTree Tinton Falls, which sits off the Garden State Parkway at Exit 105, since 2007.
“Our property has gone through a major transformation, and we could not have asked for a better outcome,” said Brooke Gordon, the hotel’s general manager. “But one thing that has not changed, is the amazing staff who will help you create a hotel stay or event, into a truly memorable experience. You will find a smiling face around every corner of the hotel ready to cater to all your needs.”
