NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has once again expanded its brokerage team with the addition of Christopher J. Chiusolo as a vice president.
In his new role with the Woodbridge-based firm, Chiusolo will focus on industrial property sales and leasing. He comes to the position with extensive experience in that regard, including a stint at a New-Jersey based commercial real estate firm specializing in distribution, supply chain management and transportation.
“We are delighted for Chris to join our team,” said David A. Simon, NAIDB’s chief operating officer. “Chris’ experience, enthusiasm and proven track record will expand our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.”
Chiusolo’s position with his previous firm was as a director, NAIDB said, noting that he orchestrated and structured transactions on behalf of owners, investors and end-users. He is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he earned a bachelor’s in marketing, while he is an active member of the Elks Club.
“I’m excited to join NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. and contribute to its legacy of collaboration and relationship building across New Jersey’s commercial real estate landscape,” Chiusolo said. “In addition, I am also looking forward to leveraging the resources available through the NAI Global platform and broaden my business geographically.”
Chiusolo is NAIDB’s third new hire in recent months, as it looks to bolster its presence in northern and central New Jersey. The firm focuses on office, industrial, retail, investment and land development opportunities across the state, drawing on more than 87 years of history in commercial real estate brokerage.
