The UPS Store has taken more than 1,800 square feet at a Bridgewater shopping center, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with the firm represented 1329 Bridgewater MGMT LLC, the landlord at 1300 Prince Rodgers Blvd., in the transaction with the shipping, print and business services franchise. Slated to open this spring, the new space will be just off Interstate 287 and alongside several other tenants at the 41,589-square-foot Bridgewater Shops, joining more than 5,300 UPS Store locations throughout the nation.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning brokered the 1,826-square-foot lease, working alongside tenant brokers with RIPCO Real Estate. Lizzack and Horning also negotiated the $8.2 million sale of The Bridgewater Shops last March.
“Retailers today, from local shops to international franchises, continue to seek well-located shopping centers like The Bridgewater Shops when looking to open or expand their businesses,” Lizzack said. “We are thrilled to welcome an in-demand tenant to this property and wish them all the best as they prepare to open.”
