A private investor has acquired a nearly 85,000-square-foot office complex in Mount Laurel, in an $11.05 million sale arranged by JLL.
Brokers with the firm represented the seller, Pennmark Properties, in the transaction spanning 530, 532 and 534 Fellowship Road. Known as The Mount Laurel Office Center, the 83,216-square-foot portfolio is fully leased to six tenants, offering visibility from Route 73 and easy access to highways such as routes 38 and 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
JLL Managing Director Brett Segal, Senior Managing Director Doug Rodio and Managing Director Brett Grifo led the team representing the seller. They noted that the U.S. General Services Administration accounts for two-thirds of the rentable square footage.
