A buyer has expanded its portfolio with the addition of a 13,000-square-foot flex industrial building in Atlantic County, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release Friday, the firm said it represented Roll HSC LLC in the sale of 131 South 2nd Road in Hammonton, which sits on three acres. The buyer, NTG 131 South 2nd Road LLC, paid an undisclosed price and is slated to break the structure into two equal units.
WCRE Vice President Ryan Barikian completed the deal, while also representing the purchaser. He noted that the property provides direct access to routes 54 and 206 and is a quarter-mile from the Atlantic City Expressway.
