A private investor has purchased a nearly 10,000-square-foot strip center in Burlington County for $2.8 million, according to a listing team with The Kislak Co. Inc.
Matt Weilheimer, a managing director with the brokerage firm, represented the seller in the transaction at 305 Rancocas Road in Mount Holly. He said the 9,730-square-foot property, known as Mount Holly Marketplace, benefits from four triple-net tenants as well as 38 on-site parking spaces and a position at the Mount Holly Avenue Bypass, part of a signalized intersection with average daily traffic counts of more than 32,080.
Built in 2012, the fully occupied center sits on 2.87 acres in the Burlington County seat, which serves as an administrative and judicial center, Kislak said. The municipality sits just 19 miles east of Philadelphia and is a historic town of 10,000 residents.
“The competition to purchase the Mount Holly Marketplace was intense,” Weilheimer said. “Anchored by a Dunkin’ Donuts, it was a highly sought after retail property, with offers at or around a 6 percent cap rate.”
