PREMIER Design + Build Group has moved its East Coast headquarters to Morristown, a location that it says will help attract talent and position it for future growth in the region.
In a news release Wednesday, the construction firm said it was leasing space at 92 Headquarters Plaza after relocating from the Iselin section of Woodbridge. It’s now among the newest additions to Morristown’s roster of commercial real estate firms and service providers, allowing it to tap into a skilled labor pool in a district that’s gained national attention for its quality of life and thriving downtown.
“This is a strategic move for PREMIER’s long-term goals to strengthen its presence across the East Coast while positioning the team for future growth,” the firm wrote in a news release. “Morristown provides the space and infrastructure to match PREMIER’s accelerating momentum with a dynamic business environment and an energized community that aligns with PREMIER’s forward-thinking culture.”
Based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, PREMIER has quickly built a client base and project pipeline in New Jersey’s industrial sector and elsewhere. Its recent clients range from national developers and institutional investors to regional owner-operators and local businesses, including Brookfield Properties, Ridgecut Road and Cervenka Development Partners.
