A private investor has purchased nearly 23,000 square feet of office space in Denville for $3.75 million, in a transaction arranged by Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty.
In a news release, the brokerage said the deal comprises three buildings sitting on 4.3 acres at 3175 Route 10. The buyer completed the deal for what’s known as San Mar Square as part of a 1031 like-kind exchange.
Coldwell Banker’s Samuel Bonfante represented both the seller, San Mar Square Partnership, and the buyer of the 22,830-square-foot complex.
