Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed two lease renewals at its three-building, 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office campus in downtown Hackensack, the firm announced.
The tenants, Springstead & Maurice LLC and Federal National Funding LLC, recommitted to 3,100 square feet and 1,030 square feet, respectively. Both are listed as tenants at 21 Main St., the site of Court Plaza South.
“The continued strong renewal activity from attorneys and professional services firms at Court Plaza stems from our 30-plus years of collaboration with the Bergen County business community and our understanding of each firms’ unique business needs,” said Stephen Jennings, ASE’s senior vice president for leasing and marketing. “Through leveraging our deep experience with firms of all sizes, we are able to provide the best possible tenant experience for all of the companies that call Court Plaza home.”
Located directly across from the Bergen County Administrative Complex and other governmental offices, Court Plaza is the longtime home of many professional services firms. The complex has 100 percent covered parking and easy access to Interstate 80 and routes 4, 17 and 46, along with the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
