The owner of a 78-unit luxury apartment building in Hackensack has retained The Kislak Co. Inc. to sell the property after acquiring it just over three years ago.
According to a news release, Kislak’s Andrew Scheinerman is spearheading the offering at 295 Polifly Road, noting that The VUE Hackensack includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes with modern amenities and skyline views of New York City. Completed in 2017, the property sits on a 40,000-square-foot parcel near the border of Hackensack and Hasbrouck Heights, where residents are between Interstate 80 and Route 17 and just a mile from Hackensack University Medical Center.
Scheinerman, who arranged the previous sale of the property in 2022, added that The VUE is a short distance from the area’s many shopping and dining options and employment centers.
“With the continued strength of the multifamily market in northern New Jersey and especially Bergen County, the consistent growth in the area population and employment and quality of the building that caters to a luxury-oriented tenant base, The VUE Hackensack is well positioned to attract discerning investors,” said Scheinerman, a senior vice president with Woodbridge-based Kislak.
