A joint venture has sold a new 303-unit luxury apartment complex in White Plains, New York, in a deal arranged by JLL’s Morristown-based capital markets team.
In a news release, the brokers said an undisclosed buyer purchased what’s known as The Halden at 1137 Westchester Ave. The deal follows a development team’s completion of the property last year, JLL said, noting that the five-story, midrise community is 96 percent occupied.
JLL represented the sellers and procured the buyer. Terms were not disclosed.
According to the news release, The Halden has a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with an average apartment size of 999 square feet. Amenities include a clubroom, a conference room, a café and lounge, a fitness center, a pool and a pet spa, among others, while residents have easy access to Interstate 287, the Hutchinson River Parkway and downtown White Plains.
