Kimmerle Newman Architects is providing architecture and design services for the third and final phase of Vitamin Shoppe’s new corporate headquarters in Secaucus, the firm announced.
The project at 300 Harmon Meadow Blvd. encompasses 90,000 square feet of office space on three floors. Kimmerle Workspace, the procurement arm of Kimmerle Group and a sister division of Kimmerle Newman Architects, is providing services for furniture and fixtures.
KNA completed the project’s first two phases in 2013 and 2015, according to a news release. The firm said the Vitamin Shoppe outgrew its existing headquarters in North Bergen, a combined office and distribution facility, and sought a new headquarters that would accommodate its expanding staff in a phased manner across several years and incorporate the brand’s core goals.
“KNA designed Vitamin Shoppe’s new headquarters with rotated furniture and wall layouts that add an interesting dynamic to what would have been ‘just’ a square plan, generating neighborhood workplaces,” Paul Newman, KNA’s vice president and partner, said in a prepared statement. “Ample glass allows daylight to flood the interior, and a vibrant color scheme matches Vitamin Shoppe’s brand colors.”

Newman added that the two divisions of Kimmerle Group, a Harding Township-based firm, created a “‘one-stop shop’ for clients’ work space needs, from interior design and space planning, from construction through furniture.”
“KG’s comprehensive suite of interrelated professional services allows us to address a broad range of client needs as they need it,” he said.
