A growing physical therapy chain is moving its headquarters to Bridgewater after signing a long-term, 12,000-square-foot office lease with Kushner Real Estate Group.
In a news release Wednesday, KRE said JAG-ONE Physical Therapy will occupy the entire second floor at 981 Route 22. The provider and operator of more than 80 locations, including two at KRE-owned properties, is shifting its corporate office from Woodbridge.
“We are excited to expand JAG-ONE Physical Therapy’s relationship with KRE through the relocation of our corporate headquarters,” said John Gallucci Jr., JAG-ONE’s CEO. “In anticipation of further expansion throughout the tristate area, we needed to be proactive in finding a space that could support our long-term vision while serving as a centralized point for our headquarters employees who are traveling from all areas of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Our strong relationship with KRE paired with the amenities offered throughout the great community of Bridgewater, made 981 Route 22 the perfect place for our relocation.”
JAG-ONE also leases space next door at 991 Route 22 and at Grove Pointe in Jersey City, both of which are owned and managed by KRE, the news release said. The operator explored the move to 981 Route 22 through its existing relationship KRE Director of Leasing Justin Gingeleskie.
Its new home will provide the physical and occupational therapy chain with quick access to interstates 287 and 78, abundant parking and proximity to amenities in the Bridgewater and Somerville area. The two-story building has an updated lobby and five parking spaces per 1,000 square feet, with signage that faces I-287 and monument signage on Route 22.
“As a company committed to a high level of professional service and fostering the successful business growth of our clients, KRE was able to identify a long-term solution to JAG-ONE Physical Therapy’s corporate needs,” Gingeleskie said. “JAG-ONE is a leader in its industry and provides a valuable medical service to thousands of people every day throughout the tristate area. We’re thrilled to welcome them to 981 Route 22 and look forward to our continued partnership.”
