Krispy Kreme has leased 4,000 square feet at a former McDonald’s location in Paramus, under a newly announced transaction by The Goldstein Group.
The retail brokerage said Monday that it represented 247NTH LLC, the landlord at 247 Route 4, in the deal with the national doughnut chain. The location is a freestanding restaurant building about a quarter-mile east of Forest Avenue and will join more than 1,200 stores worldwide.
Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, and Marc Palestina, a director, completed the assignment for the Paramus-based firm. David Townes of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
“We are very pleased to have placed Krispy Kreme in this highly desirable location on Route 4 in Paramus,” Lanyard said. “This site was sought after by many other restaurateurs and in the end, Krispy Kreme was chosen as the perfect choice for this location.”
