Larken Associates is set to welcome a new tenant to a Branchburg office building, having leased more than 1,300 square feet to an agency that represents prominent public speakers.
The tenant, the Leigh Bureau, is moving its headquarters to the Campus View Plaza property at 1250 Route 28. Larken noted that the deal brings the 33,430-square-foot building to full occupancy, offering a location with quick access to area highways and all of Somerset County.
“The Somerset County office market continues to see strength despite broad uncertainty surrounding the return to work,” said Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “Somerset County’s supremely accessible location and strong underlying demographics ensure it will continue to stand out to companies looking to solidify their long-term office plans in the months to come.”
Timothy Deluccia of Berkshire Hathaway/The Deluccia Commercial Group represented Larken Associates in the transaction. The landlord noted that Leigh Bureau, which is taking 1,303 square feet, was founded in 1929 and represents speakers in business and economics, politics and public life, science and technology, entertainment and the arts.
