Larken Associates has announced the completion and lease-up of two newly expanded buildings within its 100-acre, 550,000-square-foot industrial and flex park in Hillsborough.
The 27-building complex, located a block east of Route 206, is home to uses ranging from research, warehousing and light manufacturing to fitness, recreation and daycare. With demand holding strong, the developer in 2020 opted to add 9,000 square feet each to buildings 15 and 16, ultimately filling the space with seven new leases.
The users join a long list of tenants at the park, which is bounded by Homestead Road, Stryker Lane and Raider Boulevard.
“As a local business ourselves, we are committed to continually searching for ways to optimize our properties to meet the needs of our local business community,” said Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “Through the addition of 18,000 square feet of flex/industrial space at Hillsborough Business Center, we have been able to create new homes for multiple businesses where they can continue to prosper and expand in the years to come.”
