A provider of addiction treatment and mental health services has leased 2,000 square feet of medical office space in Voorhees, brokers with Vantage Commercial said Thursday.
In a news release, the leasing team said Soba New Jersey found its new location at the Cooper Road Professional Building at 805 Cooper Road. The space, which the tenant is leasing from an undisclosed landlord, provides easy access to Evesham Road and routes 70 and 73.
Vantage Commercial’s Emily Stein, director of health care services, and Corinne Giletto, director of client services, brokered the transaction alongside Soba CFO Brian Chasin.
“Soba New Jersey is well-positioned for success and growth at 805 Cooper Road,” Stein said. “The newly renovated space will be easily accessible and welcoming for their clients and patients. This company is doing amazing things for those struggling with mental health and addiction and is a great addition to our local communities.”
