Larken Associates has leased up a combined 526 apartments across two newly completed luxury multifamily properties in Burlington and Hunterdon counties.
The larger asset, The Reserve at Crosswicks, is a 272-unit community along Route 206 in Bordentown. Larken debuted the property at 8000 Bowery Lane last fall, delivering a mix of midrise and garden-style rentals across seven buildings, plus a series of indoor and outdoor amenities.
In the Whitehouse Station section of Readington, the firm is marking the lease-up of 254 units at 100 Eagle Crest Way. The Ridge at Readington opened this past spring as part of a roughly 17-acre site along Route 22 that was originally slated for an eight-building office campus, now offering a similar mix of homes, an amenity-laden clubhouse and a location along Route 22.
“The successful completion and lease-up of The Reserve at Crosswicks and The Ridge at Readington serve as a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team which I believe is the best in the industry,” said David Gardner, CEO and president of Branchburg-based Larken. “Together we are focused on expanding our Larken Living portfolio as we execute several residential developments that we have in the pipeline.”
The developer noted that, over the last four years, it has brought 1,022 new residences to the market and while adding several existing communities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania to its portfolio. It has also embarked on major renovations at several of the 19 communities within its Larken Living portfolio, as it prepares to break ground on a combined 540 units in Pohatcong and Forks Township, Pennsylvania.
