A martial arts studio and a microbrewery have taken space at a Mercer County retail center, bringing the nearly 27,000-square-foot property to full occupancy.
Larken Associates, the owner of the Manors Corner Shopping Center in Lawrence Township, said Hongryong Park Ahn’s Taekwondo and The Druery have leased 1,910 and 1,044 square feet, respectively. Both are now poised to benefit from the site’s location near downtown Princeton and accessibility from routes 1 and 206 and Interstate 295.
Weichert Commercial Brokerage represented both tenants in the deals at 160 Lawrenceville-Pennington Road, in the township’s Lawrenceville section.
“Businesses of all kinds are always on the hunt for properties that have the favorable demographic profile of Lawrenceville,” said Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “Each of the retail properties making up our carefully curated portfolio provide tenants like Ahn’s Taekwondo and The Druery with unparalleled access to these in-demand communities and we are thrilled to welcome them to Lawrenceville.”
In a news release, Larken said Ahn’s Taekwondo came to the 26,564-square-foot property after seeking to expand its growing reach in New Jersey. The Druery, a new microbrewery with roots in Philadelphia, identified the property as an ideal site for its new three-barrel facility, with plans to open the venue in October.
