A provider of commercial laundry solutions for the multifamily industry has hired a new vice president of sales.

The company, Spin Cycle Laundry Services, announced that it has named Michael Arbus to the position. He will help the East Hanover-based business expand its customer base of apartment, co-op, condominium and townhome community property owners and managers within New Jersey and throughout the New York metropolitan area.
“Spin Cycle is pleased to welcome Mike, a well-respected commercial laundry services visionary who has demonstrated the ability to help property owners address their needs with innovative technologies and best practices,” said Eric Gebroe, Spin Cycle’s vice president.
The firm, which was established in 1995, provides next-generation laundry equipment and services designed to serve multifamily property owners and their tenants. The business said its company-maintained machines and custom-designed laundry centers are an integral lifestyle amenity for today’s renters, given the current stay-at-home environment.
Each on-site Spin Cycle laundry center features modern Speed Queen commercial equipment with app-based and MoneyCard-based payment options, according to a news release. The specially designed centers are created in collaboration with the property owner and management team.
The company also noted that, in addition to conducting regular on-premises site visits, the centers are monitored in real time by Spin Cycle’s proprietary remote technology platform that monitors usage, payments and overall performance.
“This is what brought me to Spin Cycle — the company’s long-term relationships with customers that extend well beyond state-of-the-art machines with reporting and usage technology,” Arbus said. “Spin Cycle serves people, from the building owners and managers to those residing at the property who seek dependable, clean machines.”
