RHO Residential has welcomed Aysha Leak-Saunders as vice president of talent and leadership, one of several additions to its team as it continues its rapid growth.
According to the Roseland-based firm, Leak-Saunders brings more than 30 years of multifamily experience and specializes in talent development, leadership training and organizational strategy. She has also led large-scale training initiatives, reduced turnover and implemented programs that strengthen employee engagement and long-term retention.
In her new role, Leak-Saunders will lead RHO’s talent and leadership platform, further enhancing what the company described as a people-first culture and supporting the growth and development of its teams.
“Joining RHO Residential as vice president of talent and leadership development is more than a career milestone — it is an opportunity to shape culture and people strategy of a company that is genuinely building something meaningful,” Leak-Saunders said. “From the moment I engaged with the RHO team, I was struck by their clarity of vision, their commitment to excellence and the momentum they have already built.
“Growing organizations rise or fall on the strength of their people, and I am deeply energized by the chance to cultivate leaders, develop talent pipelines and help ensure that as RHO scales, its greatest asset — its people — scales with intention and purpose. I could not be more excited to contribute to the next chapter.”
