Lee & Associates has hired a longtime broker and development executive in the region to bolster its retail and management division.
Josh Krantz, a 40-year industry veteran, joins the firm’s Elmwood Park office as a senior vice president. He brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, including sales, leasing, ground-up development, redevelopment, brokerage, court receivership and management.
“My first priority is to strengthen and grow the existing retail division as Lee & Associates expands its footprint throughout New Jersey,” Krantz said.
Krantz is the former president of National Property Associates Inc., a brokerage business, where he spent 30 years negotiating contracts and new leases and redeveloping shopping centers as a partner, according to a news release. He acquired more than 300 freestanding retail and industrial properties nationwide.

Krantz, a Franklin Lakes resident, attended Franklin Pierce College.
