A new medical tenant has opened its doors in Paramus, taking the last available space at a 261,300-square-foot shopping center on Route 4.
Levin Management Corp. said Monday that Nu Image Body Sculpting — which offers noninvasive fat reduction, skin tightening and facial rejuvenation services — has leased 1,550 square feet at 165 Route 4 East. Known as Paramus Place, the property is also home to tenants such as Kohl’s, Raymour & Flanigan, A.C. Moore, Tuesday Morning and others.
LMC Leasing Representative Jordan Korris negotiated the long-term lease, with the firm serving as the center’s exclusive managing and leasing agent. Chris Calabrese of Realty Network Elite represented the tenant.
“Bergen County is one of the strongest and most sought-after retail markets in New Jersey, and Paramus Place — with its strong tenant mix, high daily consumer traffic and exceptional highway visibility — is a desirable location for any retail tenant,” Korris said. “Lifestyle-oriented medical businesses are a growing niche in retail settings, and the Nu Image Body Sculpting lease is reflective of that trend.”
