A shopping center in Flemington has reached full occupancy with a recently signed, 2,000-square-foot lease with a nail salon and spa.
Levin Management Corp., the exclusive managing and leasing agent at Flemington Marketplace, announced that Nail Imagine Nail Spa has taken space at the Route 202 property. The new location places the operator alongside anchors such as Burlington, Kohl’s, Michaels and ALDI, along with a host of other tenants.
“Customers can look forward to exceptional customer service in a clean, friendly environment,” said Li Tian, manager at Nail Imagine Nail Spa. “We are excited to be part of the Flemington community and look forward to meeting new clients.”
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Andrea Kyriacou arranged the long-term lease.
“Nail Imagine Nail Spa is a welcome addition to Flemington Marketplace,” Kyriacou said. “This service-oriented tenant represents a new retail category at the center, and one that will make it more convenient for our shoppers to pamper themselves while visiting other stores and running errands.”
