The owner of shopping centers in Warren and Monmouth counties has hired Levin Management Corp. to serve as its exclusive managing agent for the properties, the firm said Wednesday.
Levin Management said the assignments include a 134,000-square-foot property in Freehold Township and a 156,000-square-foot shopping center in Hackettstown. They stem from an existing relationship with a longtime client.

“We’ve been managing shopping centers on behalf of this client for more than 15 years,” Robert Carson, executive vice president with the firm, said in a prepared statement. “It was because of this relationship — and the client’s satisfaction and trust in LMC — that we were selected to manage these two properties.
“We intend to apply our proven management standards to all aspects of these centers’ operation in order to further maximize both properties’ response to tenants and curb appeal.”
The Freehold property, Raintree Towne Center, sits on the heavily traveled Route 537 and is anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket, the firm said in a news release. It also includes CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks and a Hallmark store, with proximity to routes 9 and 33 and to CentraState Medical Center and Freehold Raceway Mall.
In Hacketstown, Levin Management will exclusively oversee Mansfield Plaza. The property is located on Route 57, anchored by a high-volume ShopRite supermarket and featuring a tenant mix that includes Dollar Tree and a 14-screen Cinepolis movie theater.
