A logistics user has signed a sublease to take over a 469,000-square-foot industrial building in Piscataway, in a newly announced deal by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to a news release, Efulfill will occupy the space at 600 Ridge Road under a transaction with Kiss Products Inc., the master tenant. The new user, the logistics arm of furniture company Henglin Home Co. Ltd., now stands to benefit from the facility’s highway access and modern features in a building that is less than five years old.
Cushman’s Christine Eberle, Mindy Lissner, Bill Waxman, David Gheriani, Jeff Volpi and Morgan Nitti represented Kiss Products in the transaction.
“This premier Piscataway location, less than two miles off Interstate 287, uniquely positions this property to offer a comprehensive supply chain solution for northern New Jersey and New York City, making it an ideal choice for a last mile e-commerce user,” Eberle said.
In announcing the deal, C&W noted that 600 Ridge Road has 100 loading docks, two drive-in doors, 310 car spaces and 85 trailer specs. Its proximity to I-287 also gives it access to Route 18 and Route 22, providing strong connectivity to New Jersey and New York.
“We are grateful to empower our clients, whether landlords or tenants, to navigate these dynamic times of economic uncertainty with unwavering confidence, thanks to our steadfast commitment to delivering top-tier, personalized services to every client,” Lissner said.
