A private seller has reaped $1.6 million from the sale of a retail property on Long Island, in a transaction by Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office.
Brokers with the firm represented an unidentified LLC in its disposition of 3170 Middle Country Road in Lake Grove, New York. The property is net-leased to Mattress Firm.
Michael Lombardi, Patrick Gray and Steven Schiavello, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Saddle Brook office, and John Krueger, broker of the New York office, completed the transaction.
