Two apartment buildings with a combined 12 units have changed hands in Montclair, following a transaction brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
The firm announced that a private owner sold the properties, 70 and 108 Pine St., to another unnamed investor for $1.675 million. Each building has six units that were recently renovated, with a location two blocks from a train station with direct service to Manhattan.
Julienne Pape, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, represented both parties.
