Pierson Commercial, a Marlboro-based commercial retail real estate firm, has hired a new marketing and graphic design manager.
In her new role, Kristen Garcia will oversee all aspects of the company’s marketing and creative production, according to a news release. Garcia, who has more than 10 years of design experience, has worked as the senior graphic designer and creative head of the retail marketing and innovation team at Hess Corp. and then Speedway LLC in Woodbridge.
“We are thrilled to have Kristen as part of our team,” said Jason Pierson, president of Pierson Commercial. “Her deep experience in design, programming and project management will be a great asset to our company as we continue to grow our presence throughout central and northern New Jersey.
“We’re looking forward to integrating Kristen’s wide breadth of knowledge into expanding our platform while further servicing our client base.”
Garcia attended Kean University in Union, where she earned a bachelor of fine arts in advertising and graphic design.
