A medical equipment supplier has leased nearly 33,000 square feet of industrial flex space in Bergen County, in a deal arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers say the company, US Med-Equip, is expanding as part of its move to 1 Pearl Court in Allendale. It will occupy 32,895 square feet under a lease with Allendale Property LLC, the owner of the 46,400-square-foot, single-story building within Allendale Industrial Park.
NAI Hanson’s Kenneth Lundberg, Patrick Lennon and Lorenzo Lambiase represented ownership, while the firm’s Thomas Vetter and Jeff Demagistris represented the tenant. They noted that the seven-building, 370,000-square-foot industrial park sits directly off Route 17, while each property within the campus has individual storefronts and dedicated loading areas to meet the needs of tenants across various industries.
“Anytime a company is expanding, it’s crucial that they secure space that can not only fit their needs today but one that can accommodate for their evolving needs in the future,” Vetter said. “In this case, USME needed more space and wanted to remain in Allendale, so we were happy to leverage our local market knowledge to provide options that aligned with their vision. We wish them the best of luck at their new location.”
