A pediatric neurology practice has leased 3,800 square feet of medical office space in Hamilton, in the largest of four newly announced deals by Fennelly Associates.
The provider, New Jersey Pediatric Neuroscience Institute, is expanding its footprint with the commitment at 3836-3840 Quakerbridge Road. The new space will join its six existing locations in northern and central New Jersey, where it provides patients with treatment for childhood developmental disorders and pediatric neurological and neurosurgical diseases.
Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly and the firm’s Pat Dintrone represented the landlord at what’s known as Van Nest Office Park, which spans 33,000 square feet across two buildings.
“The medical office market continues to show strength with regional health care networks and individual providers driving the demand for space,” Fennelly said. “With providers increasingly looking to deliver care through community-based outpatient clinics and local treatment centers, we expect to see strong leasing activity across the central New Jersey region in the coming months.”
The firm also represented the landlord in a 1,600-square-foot lease at Constitution Center, a two-story, 31,071-square-foot professional and medical office building at 2650 Route 130 in Cranbury. The tenant, Dr. Hassan MD, is a pulmonologist who will use the space to treat patients with chronic respiratory system illnesses.
In a separate deal in Hamilton, at 2312 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, the team represented ownership in a 1,075-square-foot lease with PSYCHealth Associates LLC. The provider of trauma-informed therapeutic services for children, adults and families plans to use its space at the 19,400-square-foot professional and medical office building to deliver treatment to its growing patient base in the central New Jersey area.
The fourth transaction is a 1,075-square-foot commitment by New Horizon Pharma US Inc. at 731 Alexander Road in Princeton. Fennelly also represented ownership at what’s known as Princeton Plaza, a three-story, 64,341-square-foot medical office building one mile from downtown Princeton, in the deal with the manufacturer, seller and exporter of pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates, as well as food-grade chemicals, additives and ingredients.
