A new Mexican restaurant has come to Montville after leasing space at a Route 46 shopping center, in a newly announced transaction by Azarian Realty Co.
According to a news release, Taqueria La Unica has taken 900 square feet at the 7,941-square-foot Pine Brook Plaza. The location at 6 Route 46 will be the first for the restaurant, which was launched by industry veteran Efren Orozco, with a menu that will include tacos on homemade tortillas with homemade sauces.
Azarian added that Efren hopes to bring diversity to the cultural cuisine landscape in the area, noting that the closest taco restaurant is 15 miles away. It joins existing tenants at Pine Brook Plaza including Number 1 Chinese Restaurant, F45 Training, Nail Connection and Luxe Hair Studio.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty and Renato Rosas of Coldwell Banker represented the landlord the tenant, respectively.
