A buyer has paid more than $4 million for a roughly 31,000-square-foot industrial building in Middlesex County, according to a brokerage team with Deluccia Commercial Group.
The firm, which is based in the Martinsville section of Bridgewater, said Tim Deluccia represented seller J & E Associates in the deal at 1 Coan Place in Metuchen. He also represented the buyer, BST Coan LLC, noting that the 30,519-square-foot property sits on two acres and has sprinklers, air conditioning and drive-in and tailboard loading.
The final sale price was $4.12 million.
