Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP has added a veteran attorney to its growing commercial real estate and finance practice groups, the Newark-based firm announced.
Joseph M. Vigliotti joins MSW as counsel, bringing his experience from his time at top-tier law firms, according to a news release. His clients have included sellers and buyers in a range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail and multifamily, while he has also represented lenders and borrowers in the negotiation of mortgage and construction loans related to real estate transactions.
“We are incredibly excited to have Joe join our growing team,” said Kellen F. Murphy, MSW’s managing partner. “He is a seasoned attorney, with experience handling complex real estate and financing transactions throughout New Jersey. His experience will be instrumental in our continued commitment to providing clients with effective legal solutions.”
Vigliotti earned his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University, an MBA from The College of Saint Rose and a bachelor’s from Syracuse University.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the dynamic team at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes and look forward to contributing to the firm’s future growth and success as a leader in the New Jersey and New York commercial real estate legal market,” Vigliotti said.
