Colliers Engineering has renewed its nearly 9,000-square-foot lease in Hamilton, in one of several third-quarter deals brokered by NAI Fennelly.
The real estate services firm represented Genisis Properties, the landlord, in the 8,900-square-foot transaction at 100 Waterview Drive. NAI Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly, Matthew Fennelly and Patrick Dintrone were involved in the deal and in a combined 28,981 square feet of office leases during the quarter.
That activity also included leases by Atlas Systems for 4,053 square feet at Two Tower Center in East Brunswick and by Hamilton & Co. for 3,416 square feet at 600 College Road in Princeton, along with a 4,100-square-foot renewal and expansion for Apex Pharma at 2650 Route 130 in Cranbury, according to a news release. The firm represented the tenant in each transaction.
“While it’s clear that the office market might never return to the pre-pandemic ‘normal,’ we continue to see significant leasing activity from professional services, life sciences and pharmaceutical clients searching for spaces that can inspire their employees once again,” said Jerry Fennelly, president of NAI Fennelly. “As we saw across the third quarter, this trend continues to place owners of high-quality and adaptable spaces in an advantageous position to secure high-quality tenants.”
