A private investor has acquired a 3,500-square-foot full-service auto repair facility in Hackensack, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced last week.
According to a news release, the property at 90 Hackensack Ave. has a four-bay auto repair garage with modern maintenance equipment including four overhead doors and four lifts. The property also has four gas pumps as well as on-site parking for customers, NAI Hanson said, adding that the 16,392-square-foot lot is minutes from Route 4 and Interstate 80.
Anthony Cassano and Dick Hecker, both vice presidents with NAI Hanson, represented both parties in the deal. Terms were not disclosed.
“The sale of 90 Hackensack Avenue exemplifies the continued strong demand from buyers for well-located investment properties in the Hackensack market,” Cassano said. “We were proud to leverage our local market expertise to ensure our client secured fair market value for this well-located facility, and we wish them the best of luck with this investment.”
