A property management firm is relocating from Brooklyn to a recently upgraded office building in Bergen County, following a 1,440-square-foot lease arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with NAI Hanson represented both parties in the transaction at 720 East Palisade Ave. in Englewood Cliffs. They identified the landlord and tenant as Bedrock Realty Holdings LLC and Halt Management Inc., respectively.
Randy Horning, Darren Lizzack and Michael Guerra handled the assignment for the Hackensack-based real estate services firm.
“The relocation of companies from Brooklyn to New Jersey is a trend that shows no sign of abating as the prices for quality office space continue to rise in the outer boroughs of New York City,” Horning said. “Our market knowledge and experience with relocating companies allowed us to help Halt Management find a space that allowed them to devote more of their profits to growing their business and less on rent.”
The tenant is a real estate property management company that was seeking an office that provided it with close proximity to New York City while offering easy access to markets west of the Hudson, NAI Hanson said. Its new building, which is managed by NAI Hanson Management, is a two-story property with a recently renovated lobby, 76 parking spaces and 24/7 access.
The building also has direct access to the Palisades Interstate Parkway, the George Washington Bridge, routes 1, 4, 9 and 46 and interstates 80 and 95.
“NAI Hanson Management’s core focus is offering tenants a superior and seamless leasing experience at some of the most in-demand office spaces in the state,” said Ivette Correa, chief operating officer of NAI Hanson Management. “This value proposition enables us to attract tenants looking for quality, professionally managed spaces at a highly competitive dollar amount and maintain high occupancy at each building we manage.”
